Quick Summary
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, in support of Project Manager Close Combat Systems and Product Director Demilitarization, intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP), W519TC-26-R-0007, for Conventional Ammunition Demilitarization. Scope of Work
This procurement is divided into six Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Groups:
- CLIN Group 1: 30mm Depleted Uranium (DU) Cartridges (single award)
- CLIN Group 2: Improved Conventional Munitions (ICM) (multi-award)
- CLIN Group 3: 20mm Cartridges (single award)
- CLIN Group 4: Hexachloroethane (HC) Smoke Munitions (multi-award)
- CLIN Group 5: Flares (multi-award)
- CLIN Group 6: Rocket Motors from Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) (single award)
Offerors may propose on one, multiple, or all CLIN Groups. The contracts will cover Fiscal Years 2027-2031.

Evaluation
Award will be made to the best overall proposal determined most beneficial to the Government, utilizing best value trade-off processes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101-1. The Minimum Guaranteed Quantity (MGQ) will be awarded concurrently with each contract.
