Electrical requirements are 400V, Triple Phase, 50Hz, 2x 32Am plugs, 2x 19.5KW power, CE-Certified. Installation requires connection to existing supply lines and a Water Filter System.
- Refrigerator, Reach-In, Two-Door: Must be a double-door, reach-in unit with stainless steel front/doors, anodized aluminum sides/interior, minimum 46.01 cubic feet capacity, microprocessor control, and at least three epoxy-coated shelves per section. Electrical: 115 V, 60 Hz, 1 Phase, R-450A refrigerant. Must be ENERGY STAR, UL, and NSF certified.
- Food Warmer and Proofer Cabinet: A single-door, mobile cabinet functioning as both a heated holding cabinet and proofer. Stainless steel construction, adjustable thermostat, temperature ranges of 80°F-200°F (holding) and 80°F-120°F with 95% humidity (proofing). Capacity for minimum sixteen 18" x 26" sheet pans or thirty-two 12" x 20" hotel pans. Electrical: 120 V, 60 Hz, 1 Phase, 16 Amp. Must have 5-inch casters and be EcoSmart, UL, and NSF listed.
