Scope of Work

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the repair of COUPLING,SHAFT,FLEX (CAGE 59747, Ref. No. MS1450066; CAGE 7CDH3, Ref. No. MS1450066N). The repair work must meet operational and functional requirements, performed in accordance with contractor's standard practices, manuals, and directives. Key requirements include:

• Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT): Offerors must provide their proposed RTAT. If not meeting the Government's required RTAT, capacity constraints must be explained.
• Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required.
• FOB Origin for all freight.
• Marking: Items must be identified in accordance with MIL-STD-130, REV N.
• Quality Assurance: Contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements and testing per original manufacturer's specifications.
• Packaging: MIL-STD 2073 applies.
