RFI Instructions & Questions

The RFI seeks input on company information, capability statements (relevant experience in ST3 domains, Agile delivery, DevSecOps, cybersecurity), team composition, tools & environments, performance metrics, contracting & pricing feedback, and past performance. Specific questions are posed regarding Agile implementation in DoD, key Agile metrics, contract structure recommendations, data rights for models/simulations, tools integration, and risk mitigation strategies for Agile program management.
