To provide operators, a rigging team, and a crane capable of hoisting an M1A2 Tank (73.59 tons) onto a rail car, and to load other non-mission capable (NMC) equipment from rail cars onto the ground.

• Provide one crane, operators, and a rigging team.

• Crane must be capable of lifting an M1A2 Tank (73.59 tons) at a radius of up to 38 feet.

• Utilize rigging points on the four corners of the tank, with a minimum sling length of 10-15 feet per leg and a central ring for hook attachment. Sling set must have a weight capacity of at least 80 tons and large shackles.

• Use spreader bars to prevent cables from damaging the tank turret and bustle rack railing/platform.

• Load various NMC equipment, including M1A2 Abrams Tank, M1120A2 Truck, M1074A1 Material Handling Crane w/ winch, M88A2 Tracked Recovery Vehicle, and M2A3 Fighting Vehicle, from rail cars onto the ground.

• Deliver and pick up the leased crane.

• Provide all necessary services, equipment repairs, and replacement parts.

• Include operator and rigging crew labor (including overtime), permits/tolls, and per diem in pricing.

• Crane must be ready to lift by 0800 on the specified date.

• Daily work time not to exceed 14 hours, with a maximum of 6 hours overtime.
