This solicitation is for the provision of Cranial Prostheses, including fitting and measuring services, for eligible veterans served by the Washington DC VA Medical Center. The government intends to award a Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to 3 to 5 qualified vendors.

• Fabrication and provision of cranial prostheses meeting medical-grade standards.

• Fitting and measuring services for veterans.

• Services must accommodate diverse cosmetic and cultural needs.

• Compliance with clinical specifications outlined by prescribing providers.
