- Limitations: No work is permitted on bunkhouses or laundry buildings between April 15, 2026, and October 31, 2026. Specific notice periods are required before starting work in occupied buildings (2 months for Lowman House, 30 days for duplexes).
- Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). Small Business Size Standard: $45 million.
