• Limitations: No work on bunkhouses or laundry buildings between April 15, 2026, and October 31, 2026.

  • Questions Due: February 27, 2026, 5 p.m. CST.
  • Quotes and Technical Proposals Due: March 6, 2026, 5 p.m. CST.

• Evaluation: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Technical Proposals will be evaluated for Acceptability. Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value.

• This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business concerns.

• Small Business Size Standard: $45 million.

• Bonds: A bid bond is required. Bonds over $150,000 require a 100% payment bond and a 100% performance bond.
