Scope of Work

Detailed specifications are provided in Attachment 3, and architectural/engineering drawings are in Attachment 4. Work on bunkhouses or laundry buildings is restricted between April 15, 2026, and October 31, 2026. The estimated magnitude of construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000.
