  • Evaluation: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Technical Proposals will be evaluated for Acceptability based on Past Performance, Technical Experience, Technical Approach and Project Management, and Price.
  • Bonds: A bid bond is required. For awards over $150,000, a 100% payment bond and a 100% performance bond are necessary.
  • Required Documents: Offerors must complete and submit the revised Schedule of Items (SOI) and provide pricing for all line items.
