Services are required monthly at each location and must be performed with minimal interference to government business. Specific tasks include:

• Spraying along the perimeter of buildings, including the 2nd floor perimeter (for pests like Ants, Cockroaches) a minimum of two times per year.
• Servicing specific departments such as the Crow Hospital Kitchen, Entrance Areas (including garage bays), and the Maintenance Department.
• Providing insect lights with monthly fly trap replacement and annual bulb replacement for specified locations. All work must adhere to industry-accepted standards and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
