Scope of Work
The CRRC operates 24/7/365 and requires critical maintenance. The contractor will provide all labor, supplies, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services for the monitoring, maintenance, and repair of:
- Building components and structures.
- Emergency electrical power systems.
- Associated diesel fuel storage plant and fuel delivery/transfer components. All systems must be maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.
