Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive services for two indoor live-fire ranges (25-meter and 50-meter), ensuring continuous availability, safe operation, and operational readiness. Key tasks include:
- Cleaning Services: Bi-weekly comprehensive cleaning of all range areas, including floors, walls, target systems, and bullet traps. This involves addressing hazardous materials like lead and heavy metals, with proper waste segregation and disposal in compliance with regulations. Emergency cleaning services must be provided within 24 hours.
- Inspection & Maintenance: Regular inspection and maintenance of various range systems, such as Action Target Total Containment Trap (TCT-4), Screw Conveyor, Dust Collection Unit (DCU), Mancom Touch Plus Retrieval System, Trane CLCF Climate Changer Air Handling Units, Carey's Small Arms Range Ventilation System, Tracker Runner – V2 Moving Target System, and D-Taps Actuator System.
- Hazardous Waste & Lead Abatement: Specific procedures for cleaning and maintaining bullet traps, including lead sample collection and analysis to meet stringent thresholds.
- Operational Readiness: Ensuring the ranges are fully operational.

Evaluation
