Bidders must present a plan for technical support and emergency response, including a 24-hour technician dispatch guarantee and rapid reporting for system failures. Identification of at least two key technicians, key logistics personnel, and a QA Representative is required. Subcontractor Orientation and CUB Training are billable requirements. Contract Details

This is a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of performance from May 4, 2026, to May 3, 2031, including a base year and four option years. The NAICS code is 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance) with a small business size standard of $12.5 Million. This acquisition is unrestrictive and contains no set-aside provisions.

Submission & Evaluation

Proposals, consisting of a Technical Proposal and a Pricing Proposal, must be submitted via email to smercil@fnal.gov by the deadline. Evaluation will be based on a "Best Value" tradeoff process, where technical factors (Experience, Technical Support and Emergency Response, Key Personnel) are considered equally important as price.
