To procure commercially available VoIP SIP Trunk services for the Bureau of Reclamation's Elephant Butte Field Division, as their current provider is eliminating SIP services.

• Provide one (1) VoIP SIP Trunk service to the Elephant Butte Field Division located at 4696 Hwy 51, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901.

• The service shall provide external dial-tone.

• The contractor will port existing Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers: 575.894.6661, 575.223.9910 - 9949, 575.894.3651, 575.894.7657.

• The SIP trunk must support IP authentication and provide 911 reporting address for all DIDs.

• The service must accommodate 10 Concurrent Call Paths (CCPs).

• Local, Long Distance, and International calling are required on all Central Office numbers.

• The contractor shall coordinate the cut-over of existing service with the Government Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE).
