Request for Information (RFI)

This RFI is for planning purposes to gather information on capabilities for Revenue Operations Workflow, Payer Compliance, and Technical Process Optimization for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). • Details on software tools to be leveraged.

• Information on potential partnerships or subcontracting.

• Overview of company services, size, and establishment year.

• Relevant experience with similar government or commercial projects.

• Past experience with cloud migration, revenue workflow management, robotic process automation (RPA), claims scoring, insurance agreement modeling, operational process improvement, and national-level program support (EHRM, HIPAA/EDI, training, change management, executive reporting).

• For SDVOSB/VOSB vendors: Intent and ability to meet set-aside requirements.

• Feedback on the sufficiency of the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
