  • Offering unlimited technical support during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST) and emergency-only support outside these hours.
  • Delivering comprehensive training and onboarding for new client administrators.
  • Maintaining an Online Help Center with documentation, FAQs, and tutorials.
  • Proactive account management, including monitoring platform usage and identifying optimization opportunities.
