- Graphical Tools: For engineering drawings, space assignment, and reporting.
- Access & Hosting: Cloud-based access with software and data hosted on a vendor-maintained, FedRAMP-approved server.
- Deliverables: Software access, maintenance of building space assignments, online training, and ongoing support.
- Technical Requirements: Compliance with Section 508 accessibility, VA Technical Reference Model (TRM), Zero Trust security controls, SSN reduction, IPv6 support, and Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) requirements.
- Security & Privacy: Robust information security, data protection, encryption, and incident reporting capabilities.
