Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide Intrusion Detection System (IDS)/Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) monitoring and maintenance services for DACID Gillem facilities on Gillem Enclave. The goal is to ensure the IDS/ICIDS monitoring equipment remains in maximum operational status.

• Provide non-personal services for monitoring, maintenance, adjustment, surveying, repair, and replacement of IDS/ICIDS equipment.

• Support approximately 10 active alarm zones, with an anticipated 10% growth in zones over the contract duration.

• Perform semi-annual preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs.

• Maintain the IDS/ICIDS database and perform software security patches and updates.

• Contact local first responders as required, with a 5-minute window to reach DACID security POCs before dispatching.
