Instruction will be provided via face-to-face, hybrid, and alternative learning formats at military locations within the CENTCOM and AFRICOM AORs, including Bahrain, Djibouti, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. The scope also includes comprehensive program management, academic counseling, and ensuring student degree progression.

Submission & Evaluation

Evaluation factors, in descending order of importance, are Technical Capability (including Technical Approach, Program Management, Staffing Plan, Transition-In Plan Schedule), Past Performance, and Price. Technical Capability and Past Performance combined are significantly more important than price. The Government intends to evaluate and make an award without holding meaningful exchanges.
