Site Visit & Submission Requirements
Contractors interested in the Pre-Proposal Site Visit (PPSV) must submit a Base Access Request (BAR). Site access is strictly facilitated by the US Government. BAR Submission Instructions:
- Personnel Roster: Submit an Excel file with up to four names (two primary, two alternate). Only two participants per company will be authorized for the PPSV.
- Identification: Combine all participant IDs into a single, letter-sized PDF named "Company Name_IDs". The PDF must be bookmarked by "Last Name, First Name" and not password-protected. Preferred IDs: Valid passport bio page for Foreign Nationals; National Identification or LTO Driver's License for Local Citizens.
- SAM Registration: Provide evidence of "active" status in SAM registration in PDF format.
