Amendment / Modification

• Option Line Item 1006: Deleted. Previously described as "372nd MP BN Coin".

• Inspection and Acceptance Locations for CLINs 0007, 0008, 0009, and Option Line Item 1006 have been deleted.

• Delivery information (FOB Point Payment Method Ship To) for CLINs 0007, 0008, 0009, and Option Line Item 1006 have been deleted.

• Attachment 1: "SOO_FY26 Coin Concepts_Amended" is now referenced.

• The solicitation number is W912R126QA005, dated 05 MAR 2026.

• The effective date of this amendment is 10 MAR 2026.
