Scope of Work

The contractor will provide construction services including:

  • Installation of Condenser Pump(s), Chilled Water Pump(s), Heat Exchanger(s), VFDs, and associated Piping and Controls.
  • Demolition and removal of existing equipment.
  • Survey and abatement of hazardous materials, with a $100,000 allowance specified in Attachment K.
  • Provision of temporary cooling systems if required.
  • Submission of a complete project schedule and coordination with commissioning agents, CM, and QA.
  • Maintaining a clean work site.

Contract & Timeline

  • Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
  • Period of Performance: 300 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP), anticipated July 2026 through April 2027. Substantial Completion is 270 days, Final Completion 300 days after NTP.

  • Eligibility: Offerors must demonstrate at least 10 years of experience and management of projects with a minimum dollar value of $1,500,000. Contractor must adhere to Wage Determination No. DC20260002.
