Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Providing six (6) rental Poly-plus (or approved equal) portable latrines with specific features (sanitary seat deck, anti-slip design, interior latch, floor vents, window vents, high-volume vent pipe, splash guard urinal, and a holding tank for 10 people/40-hour work week).
- Locating these latrines at specified sites: Shooting Range (Marsh Run Road), Storage Lot 806 (East end of building 55), and Building 2001 (Near door 127) at DLA Distribution Susquehanna.
- Providing an additional three latrines for DLA deployment as needed, generally positioned at Building 149, Building 57 (near latrine trailer), and F Avenue near the softball field.
- Performing weekly wastewater pumping of one DLA-owned 300-gallon latrine trailer located beside building 57 at DLA Distribution Susquehanna.
- Providing on-demand wastewater pumping for two additional DLA-owned 300-gallon latrine trailers, up to twenty-five (25) times during the performance period. These trailers may be located at DLA Distribution Susquehanna, New Cumberland, or DLA facilities at Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg, PA.
- Pumping and sanitizing services are required at least weekly or in accordance with state requirements, whichever is more stringent.

ADA compliance is not mandatory for the portable latrines.
