Scope of Work

The contractor will provide:

Lease of six (6) Poly-plus (or approved equal) portable latrines, including specific features like sanitary seat deck, anti-slip design, interior latch, and high-volume vent pipe. These will be located at the Shooting Range, Storage Lot 806, and Building 2001.
Three additional latrines for DLA deployment as needed, typically at Building 149, Building 57, and F Avenue.
Weekly wastewater pumping of one DLA-owned 300-gallon latrine trailer at Building 57.
On-demand wastewater pumping (up to 25 times) of two additional DLA-owned 300-gallon latrine trailers at DLA Distribution Susquehanna, New Cumberland, or Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg, PA.
Pumping and sanitizing services are required at least weekly or per state requirements. DLA will fill fresh water tanks for trailers; janitorial services and restocking are the responsibility of others. ADA compliance is not mandatory for portable latrines.

Evaluation & Submission

Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible Offeror with the lowest evaluated price, provided the quote conforms to solicitation requirements. Past performance will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis.
