Scope of Work
The contractor will provide:
- Lease of six (6) Poly-plus (or approved equal) portable latrines, including specific features like sanitary seat deck, anti-slip design, interior latch, and high-volume vent pipe. These will be located at the Shooting Range, Storage Lot 806, and Building 2001.
- Three additional latrines for DLA deployment as needed, typically at Building 149, Building 57, and F Avenue.
- Weekly wastewater pumping of one DLA-owned 300-gallon latrine trailer at Building 57.
- On-demand wastewater pumping (up to 25 times) of two additional DLA-owned 300-gallon latrine trailers at DLA Distribution Susquehanna, New Cumberland, or Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg, PA.
- Pumping and sanitizing services are required at least weekly or per state requirements. DLA will fill fresh water tanks for trailers; janitorial services and restocking are the responsibility of others. ADA compliance is not mandatory for portable latrines.

Evaluation & Submission
