Amendment / Modification

This amendment to Solicitation 36C26126Q0594 has three primary purposes:

• Answers to Vendor Questions: Provides responses to questions submitted prior to the original solicitation due date.

• Inclusion of Attachment: Adds "AV - VTC Systems Installation Drawings" as a new attachment.

• Extension of Offer Receipt Date: Extends the deadline for offer submission.

• Receipt of Offers: The hour and date for receipt of offers has been extended.

• Attachments: "AV - VTC Systems Installation Drawings" is now included.

• The deadline for receipt of offers is extended to April 29, 2026, 10:00 AM PDT.

• Questions & Answers:

  • Manufacturer Certifications: All certifications must be provided when the solicitation is due. No documentation will be accepted after offers are due.
  • Equivalent Proof of Qualifications: For manufacturers without formal integrator certification programs (e.g., Blackmagic Design, VADDIO, Sony), verifiable, documented hands-on experience with the specified equipment (including project references, equipment model familiarity, and maintenance history) will be accepted as equivalent proof of qualifications.

Note: No other changes are made as a result of this amendment.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for Audio/Visual Support Services for the Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Health Care System. The services will support the Auditorium and conference rooms 1C143, 145, 147, 149, 150, and 151.

• Site walk-through for observation of equipment and room layout.

• Provision of all required services, proprietary license updates, and system realignments.

• Maintenance support for GFE equipment under factory warranty.

• Crestron brand name service solution and equivalent devices.

• Remote network access assistance within 5 business hours.

• Web-based portals for ticket creation and information.

• On-site laptop hosting programming and troubleshooting software (Q-SYS 9.6 or above).

• Quarterly site visits for AV system checkups, software, and firmware updates.

• Certified technician available for on-site emergency repairs within 3 business days.

• Technicians must demonstrate ability to troubleshoot, program, repair/replace specific AV equipment brands (Crestron, Extron, Blackmagic, etc.).

• Proof of capability to configure and program using Q-SYS 9.6 or above Designer Software.

• Familiarity with and/or development of continuity documentation for AV systems.

• Vendor personnel must have specific certifications (Crestron Master Programmer, Extron certified) and factory training/certifications for various AV equipment.

• All work must comply with VA safety standards, manufacturer/industry standards, NFPA-99, FDA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.

• Contractor personnel must wear company ID badges.

• Period of Performance: Base Year (6/15/2026 - 6/14/2027), Option Year 1 (6/15/2027 - 6/14/2028), Option Year 2 (6/15/2028 - 6/14/2029).

• Evaluation Factors: Technical Submission (Factor 1), Past Performance (Factor 2), and Price (Factor 3).

• Technical evaluation will consider Crestron certifications, remote network access, Q-SYS experience, technician skills, and programming capabilities.

• Past performance will be reviewed based on recent (within 3 years) and relevant experience.

• Pricing will be based on the total price for all contract line items, including options.

• This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.

• Offerors must be registered and verified in SBA's Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) site.

• VAAR Clause 852.219-75 (Limitations on Subcontracting) must be completed and returned.

This solicitation is for Audio/Visual Support Services for the Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Health Care System. The services are required for the Auditorium and specific conference rooms (1C143, 1C145, 1C147, 1C149, 1C150, 1C151).

• Provide service and maintenance for Crestron-based A/V systems.

• Familiarity with and/or development of continuity documentation for room layouts and infrastructure.

• Technicians must hold Crestron Master Programmer certification, Extron certification, and factory training/certifications for specified brands.

• Period of Performance: Base (6/15/2026 - 6/14/2027), Option 1 (6/15/2027 - 6/14/2028), Option 2 (6/15/2028 - 6/14/2029).

• Total contract duration, including options, shall not exceed three (3) years.
