- Building 532: A 3-story, 90,471 sq ft vacant student barrack with a partial basement (constructed 1968). Demolition comprises the entire building, including all foundation walls, footings, individual column footings, and associated utilities. Hazardous material survey and abatement, site restoration, and salvage of specific items (e.g., fire alarm panel, Knox box) are required. The basement has standing water requiring pumping prior to hazardous material survey. A Designer of Record (DOR) is required for demolition drawings.
- Building 132H: A 4-story, 96,117 sq ft vacant masonry bearing wall student barrack (constructed 1999). Demolition comprises the entire building, including all foundation walls, footings, individual column footings, and associated utilities. Hazardous material survey and abatement, debris removal, and site restoration (backfill, compact, grade, seed) are also required, along with salvage of specific items.
- Both projects require strict adherence to environmental controls, including stormwater management, dust control, waste management, and protection of natural resources, as well as compliance with EM 385-1-1 and other safety standards. Burning and blasting are prohibited.
