Submission & Special Requirements

• Mandatory Site Visit: Required for field verification of quantities and compatible components. Arrangements must be made with the QAE at least three (3) days in advance, providing full name, DOB, and last four of SSN for each visitor.
• Personnel & Security: Contractor personnel must be eligible for a Secret Clearance. A detailed employee list (name, DOB, place of birth, address, last four of SSN) is required five days prior to work commencement for base access. All base access requirements must be met.
• Compliance: Adherence to OSHA (29 CFR 1910 & 1926) for safety and EPA (40 CFR) for environmental regulations is mandatory. Written safety and environmental programs require review. Hazardous materials disposal is the contractor's responsibility.
• Workmanship: Work must meet best standard practices and be performed by experienced, qualified personnel. Contractor is responsible for furnishing all necessary facilities, materials, equipment, and services, and obtaining all required permits. Travel costs must be included in the overall bid.
