The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, has a need for design and construction of a site-specific debris boom at Harry S. Truman Dam in Warsaw, Missouri. This will be a design-build construction project. The requirements are described in more detail in the solicitation.
***IMPORTANT NOTE*** This is Phase 1 of a two-phase RFP. It is being conducted in accordance with the two-phase design-build selection procedures authorized in Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 36.3. In Phase 1, offerors submit a qualifications proposal to demonstrate their capability to successfully execute design-build construction work under the contract resulting from this solicitation. Pricing proposals are not submitted in Phase 1.
