The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, has a need for design and construction of a site-specific debris boom at Harry S. Truman Dam in Warsaw, Missouri. This will be a design-build construction project. The requirements are described in more detail in the solicitation.
This RFP is being conducted in accordance with the two-phase design-build selection procedures authorized in Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 36.3.
