Contract Details
This is a Solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract, utilizing the Design-Bid-Build (DBB) delivery method. The estimated price range for the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The period of performance for both the base award and the driveway extension option is from July 3, 2026, to August 31, 2027. Substantial Completion is required within 396 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP), with final contract completion 30 days thereafter. Liquidated damages of $3,416.69 per calendar day apply for failure to achieve Substantial Completion. While no specific set-aside is indicated, a Small Business Subcontracting Plan is required for "other than small businesses." Performance and payment bonds are mandatory.
