The project entails the construction of nine (9) high-explosive magazines (six Containerized Long Weapons Storage, two Box G, and one Box H), a new low-rise Ordnance Operations building, and a new low-rise Sentry building. Extensive site preparation, including clearing, excavation, grading, and fill, is required, with potential wetland impact and mitigation. The scope also includes the demolition of 18 existing magazines, Building 524, and Building 393. Work encompasses foundations, reinforced concrete structures, blast-resistant doors, grounding and lightning protection, intrusion detection systems, paving, site improvements, and comprehensive electrical and telecommunications utilities.
