The MATOC will cover a broad range of design-build and construction services across Job Corps' 121 facilities in the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Typical work includes:
- General Building Renovation: Vertical construction, modernization, and rehabilitation.
- Horizontal Construction: Roads, pavements, storm drainage, landscaping, and utility systems.
- Security & Force Protection: New and existing facilities.
- Specific Design Disciplines: Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Geotechnical, Fire Protection, Interior Design, Cost Engineering, and Building Commissioning.
- Construction Types: Mechanical/HVAC, electrical, structural, roofing, building envelope repair, and security/access control. Task orders will be issued for individual projects, with a minimum value of $2,000 and a maximum of $10 million per order.
