- Sources Sought Project Information Form: Documenting a minimum of two (2) up to a maximum of five (5) relevant construction projects completed within the past ten (10) years. Projects must demonstrate experience with:

- 8(a) Mentor-Protégé: If applicable, indicate the percentage of work to be performed by the protégé.

Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Request for Information
A separate Request for Information (RFI) regarding the potential use of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for this project has also been issued.
