Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Request for Information

A separate Request for Information (RFI) regarding the potential use of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for this project has also been issued. Bidders are encouraged to respond to this RFI using the attached questionnaire, providing input on the feasibility and impact of a PLA. Responses to the PLA RFI are also due by January 26, 2026.
