Scope of Work
The project involves the comprehensive demolition of Building 195, an approximately 26,400 square foot industrial facility constructed in 1920 and abandoned since the late 1990s. The scope includes the removal of the building's substructure, superstructure, exterior, roofing, interior construction, conveying systems, and all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical). Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for removing existing utilities to the main service line, site preparation (clearing, grading, and asphalt paving), and extensive management and disposal of hazardous materials.
