These items are crucial for generating awareness, enhancing rapport, and generating leads for enlistment into the MAARNG. The system must be capable of high-volume output, superior print quality, and include robust support and maintenance services.
Key Requirements

- Functionality: Primary large format printer for banners, window/floor graphics, and wall coverings.
- Software: Versaworks 7 RIP software (or Mac equivalent) and professional training.
- Included Components: Dedicated stand, media take-up unit, replacement blades, cleaning liquid, all starting accessories, power cords, supplies, and a 2-year maintenance plan/warranty.
- Ink: Six (6) of each Greenguard Gold certified TH 500ml CMYK ink cartridges (total 24 cartridges).
- Physical Specifications: Max width 120", max depth 32", max height 60", max weight 450lbs (excluding ink/stock).
- Print Capabilities: Max 1800 dpi in four colors (CMYK), max print width of 63", max print thickness of 39.3mil (w/ liner).
- Delivery & Installation: To Camp Curtis Guild, Reading, MA, within 60 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Customer will move the printer from the delivery truck to its designated location (no forklift/loading dock available).
- Support: Manuals, 2 years of technical support (telephonic/in-person), and day-of delivery training/setup.
