Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Provide a device service plan including Performance Maintenance visits, repairs, priority response, software/firmware upgrades, genuine OEM parts, and priority phone support.

• Service to be performed by OEM-trained and authorized engineers.

• Covers the following components: mass spectrometer, quaternary solvent manager, sample manager, column manager, and MassLynx software.

• Specific covered maintenance tasks include: plunger replacement, seal pack and needle replacement, fluidpack assembly/syringe replacement, manual injector rebuild, solvent filter replacement, draw off and reference valve rebuild, and software/firmware updates.

• Service and repair visits must be made within 72 hours of service ticket entry.

• The contractor must provide field service engineers and customer response representatives authorized and trained by the OEM.

• Documentation of OEM authorization for key personnel may be requested.

• Contractor personnel must always be in the presence of a USDA escort while on location.

• A Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) will be established to evaluate performance against identified standards.
