Scope of Work
DFAS requires a comprehensive modernization solution that includes:
- Migration of application software and platform-dependent system calls.
- Efficient, high-performance information storage and retrieval with a relational database.
- User and application query reporting functionality.
- Role-based access controls and user front-end screens.
- Batch job scheduling, monitoring, file transfer, and printing capabilities.
- Cleansing, conversion, and migration of all current and historical system and account data.
- Maintenance of internal controls, compliance, and separate instances for development, test, and production.
- Ability to handle classified transactions at IL-7 level and operate in a DISA hosted or IL-7 DoW accredited cloud environment.
- Adherence to performance standards (99.5% uptime), 508 compliance, and security requirements (vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, STIG scanning).
