Submission & Evaluation

- Company details: name, point of contact, email, phone, fax, business type and size, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Submissions are due by June 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST and must be sent via email only. Oral submissions will not be accepted. If no responsible and responsive offers are received by the deadline, the sole source contract will be awarded to Instructure, Inc.
Eligibility
Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
