Performance Standards

  • Guarantee 100% system integrity, functionality, and reliability after the first service call.
  • 5-hour response time for emergency work orders.
  • 48-hour response time for all other service calls, 7 days a week.
  • One full 8-hour day per month for maintenance and system updates.

Special Requirements

  • Personnel Security: NACI background clearance, AT Level I awareness training, identification badges, compliance with installation access policies.
  • Certifications: Must be licensed and certified on Lenel security systems, proposed upgrade systems, Bosch Panic System, and FIPS 201 Approved Products. Personnel must obtain DoDD 8570 – IAT Level 2 Cyber Security Certifications.
  • Network Access: Limited system installation-specific access to government infrastructure, CAC card required for network access, communication with DOS's IMO, proper Approval to Operate (ATO) packets, Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliant/TAA compliant.
  • Other: Contingency Plan, Quality Control Plan, Safety (AR 385-10, OSHA), Energy Conservation, Recordkeeping (29 CFR Part 1904, 41 CFR Part 50-204), Contractor Manpower Reporting (ecmra.mil).
  • Government Furnished Property: Keys, working space, and utilities only. Contractor must furnish all other necessary tools, equipment, materials, and products.
  • Data Rights: Government owns all documents and materials produced under the contract.
