Repairs require COR approval and funding verification. The contractor is responsible for parts and labor costs unless due to contractor negligence.

• Testing: Perform annual testing, limited technical inspections, and functional (load) tests as required by OEM specifications, OSHA, or after structural repairs.

• PM Completion: Within ten business days of the start of service, unless rescheduled.

• CM Repair: Within five business days of COR approval and parts receipt, unless extended with justification.

• Reporting: Submit maintenance sheets within five business days of PM completion and weekly status updates for CM.

• Spill Responsibility: Contractor is solely responsible for cleaning up spills caused by their actions, at no cost to the USG.

• Acceptable Performance Levels (APLs): Specific APLs are defined for tasks like signing in, PM timeliness, sticker application, filter dating, maintenance sheets, CM estimates, CM completion, functional tests, and call-back services. Failure to meet APLs may result in payment withholding.

• Period: One 12-month base period with two 12-month option periods, not to exceed three years.

• Invoicing: Monthly invoicing through the DoD Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
