The scope includes a full range of medical/surgical supplies and some small medical equipment (e.g., drugs, surgical dressing materials, instruments, hospital clothing, safety equipment), identified by manufacturer's item descriptions and part numbers. It also encompasses Medical Air Bridge and Prime Vendor War Readiness (PVWRM) support. Large hospital equipment is excluded.

Key Requirements & Evaluation
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis to the technically acceptable offeror with the lowest evaluated aggregate price. Proposals must achieve an acceptable rating for all Solicitation Requirement and Past Performance Factors. Key technical requirements include demonstrating PVWRM Breadth and Depth Capability (minimum 75% breadth, 25% depth) and meeting Cybersecurity Requirements, including a Cyber Incident Reporting Plan and certification of basic safeguarding elements. The government may utilize a reverse auction for pricing after initial offers and discussions. Large businesses must submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan.
