This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Document Destruction Services for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). The services will be performed at various NLRB offices throughout the United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. This solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

• The contractor must demonstrate capability to provide the full range of document destruction services.

• Approach for satisfying PWS requirements, including transition plan, key personnel, and management of services over a large geographic area.

• Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) ratings do not apply.

• Quote Format: Two separate volumes: Technical (Volume I) and Price (Volume II).

• Evaluation Criteria: Quotes will be evaluated based on three factors: Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Price. Technical and Past Performance are more important than Price. Technical and Past Performance combined are more important than Price.
