**AMENDMENT 0001**
The Statement of Work(SOW) and Bid Schedule have been revised to reflect a change in service frequency from weekly to bi-weekly for the base and all option periods. Please review the updated documents in their entirety.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform shredding and disposal of unclassified paper documents for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, as defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The documents to be shredded are Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and may contain Personally Identifiable information (PII) and other sensitive but unclassified information. Special requirement for shredding documents shall be required per Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN). These documents must be destroyed in a manner that will prevent disclosure.
