• Health Programs: Develop and implement health and wellness programs, including webinars, screenings, blood drives, health fairs, and flu shot campaigns.
• Special Events: Provide nursing support for after-hours special events, such as July 4th celebrations and high-level Secretarial events.
• Reporting & Compliance: Adhere to federal occupational health reporting standards, track and submit clinical reports, and maintain compliance with HIPAA and DOI requirements.
• Emergency Preparedness: Manage emergency preparedness, security, credentialing, and badging processes.

Services must be performed in accordance with professional nursing standards, applicable federal regulations, and DOI policies. Contractor shall safeguard Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI).

• Place: Udall Building Wellness Center, 1849 C Street NW, Washington, DC.

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 0800-1200 and 1300-1630, excluding federal holidays, with exceptions for designated special events.

• Period: One (1) base year (June 3, 2026 - June 2, 2027) with four (4) option years (June 3, 2027 - June 2, 2031).

• Key Personnel: Minimum qualifications for the Nursing Manager include a BSN, RN license, 4 years of clinical experience (1 year in ambulatory/occupational health preferred), 2 years of supervisory experience, demonstrated clinic management experience, BLS certification, and ability to meet federal facility requirements.

• Supplemental Staff: Minimum qualifications for RNs and LPNs include relevant degrees/licenses, clinical experience, BLS certification, and ability to meet federal facility requirements.

• Government-Furnished: The Government will provide clinical space, medical equipment, and supplies. Contractor personnel must complete security training, fingerprinting, and obtain a favorable security clearance.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide a full-time Nurse Manager and supplemental Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) services for the Department of the Interior's (DOI) Wellness Center operations at the Stuart Lee Udall Building.
