Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Furnishing thirty-six new 208V AC, 50/60 Hz, 15 amp, two-burner cooktops. These must be black or white, similar to or better than Kenyon Model B41694, and include safety features such as heat limiting cooking surface protectors, an on-indicator light, and a hot burner indicator light.
- Removing thirty-six existing cooktops from the dormitory rooms.
- Disposing of all removed cooktops at an off-base location.
- Installing the new cooktops, which includes making necessary electrical connections and any required countertop modifications for proper fit.
- Performing functional testing of each newly installed unit.
- Maintaining a clean workplace daily by 4:00 PM.
Performance standards require product delivery and installation to begin no later than 30 calendar days after purchase receipt, with the installation period not exceeding 5 business days. Work is to be performed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding weekends and holidays.
