Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, and equipment to procure, deliver, and install dormitory furnishings for the 9th Civil Engineering Squadron (9 CES) at Beale AFB. This includes 125 rooms in Dorm Building 24114 and additional items for Building 1459 (furnishing warehouse). Key items include Full XL Beds, Mattresses, Nightstands, Pedestal Desks, Dressers, Ergonomic Desk Chairs, Table Lamps, Blackout Drapes, Recliners, Dining Tables, and Dining Chairs. All items are solicited on a "Brand Name or Equal" basis, with "Sustainable Furniture Inc. (SFI)" and its "Mission Series" serving as the minimum standard.
