• Controls & Instrumentation: Compliant with SAE AMS 2750H (Class 5, Type D instrumentation minimum). Thermocouples: Type-S, Platinum-Rhodium. Master Controller: SSI 9205 with Allen Bradley MicroLogix PLC. HMI: 10-inch or larger color touch-screen. NEMA 12 rated controls.

• Utilities: RIA-JMTC provides 480-V, 60-Hz, 3-Ph AC electrical power (delta configuration) and ~80-psi compressed air to the point of first connection. Contractor responsible for all connections beyond this point.

• Safety: Compliant with NFPA 86 for Class A ovens. Features include manual fused/breaker disconnect, emergency stop buttons, control guards, and fail-on brakes.
