Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must include two parts: a Price Proposal (using Attachment 2 Pricing Sheet) and a Technical Proposal (maximum 10 pages, 12-point font). The Technical Proposal must address:
- Experience: Resumes demonstrating at least two years of experience.
- Contractor's Approach: Capability statements showing knowledge of Catholic Mass and Protestant worship, ability to work with others, conflict resolution, and choir building.
- Audition: In-person audition for proposals meeting the first two subfactors. Evaluation will be on a Best Value basis, with price and technical acceptability being the most important factors. Technical proposals will be rated Acceptable/Unacceptable.
Important Attachments
Bidders must review Attachment 2 Wage Determination for minimum wage rates and fringe benefits, crucial for accurate cost estimation. Other attachments include musical scores and lyric sheets (e.g., "Almost Home," "Christ the Lord Is Risen Today," "O How I Love Jesus," "On Eagle's Wings"), which provide context for the specific musical requirements.
