Scope of Work

Qualifications & Requirements
Offerors must submit resumes demonstrating a minimum of two years of experience in congregational worship music leadership, proficiency in piano playing, and sight-reading. The Catholic position requires documentation of active, practicing Catholic faith and familiarity with the Mass, while the Protestant position requires experience with a wide range of Protestant denominational music styles. Personnel will be subject to background checks and must obtain installation access (including Common Access Cards if required).

Submission & Evaluation

- Subfactor 2: Contractor's Approach (capability statements).
- Subfactor 3: Audition (in-person, for proposals meeting subfactors 1 & 2).
Award will be made on a Best Value basis, considering price and technical acceptability. Technical proposals will be rated Acceptable/Unacceptable.
