This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for "23 CES Drain Degreaser Services" at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. The government is procuring non-personal services to furnish all management, supervision, labor, equipment, tools, parts, and materials necessary to perform comprehensive drain degreaser services. The effort includes maintaining and servicing facility drainage systems, installing and operating industry-standard chemical injection degreaser equipment, and ensuring continuous prevention of grease accumulation.

• Provide comprehensive drain degreaser services.

• Perform full maintenance and servicing of facility drainage systems.

• Install, operate, and sustain chemical injection degreaser equipment at designated locations.

• Ensure continuous and effective prevention of grease accumulation.

• Supply and install non-hazardous, enzyme-based degreasing chemicals (no caustic or hazardous materials).

• Perform monthly service visits to check pumps, replenish chemicals, and verify equipment functionality.

• Estimated annual level of effort: approximately 120 labor hours.

• Period of Performance: 1 October 2026 with a (12) twelve-month base period and (4) four (12) twelve-month option periods.

• FOB Point: Destination.

• Place of Performance: Moody AFB, Georgia, 31699, USA.

• This is the only solicitation; no written solicitation will be issued.

• Questions are due by Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM EDT.

• Offers are due by Monday, March 2, 2026, at 1:00 PM EDT.

• Offerors must update representations and certifications at www.sam.gov.

• This is a 100% small business set-aside.

Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To maintain and service drains, install degreaser equipment, and provide chemicals to prevent grease build-up in facility drainage systems at Moody Air Force Base, GA.

• Install, maintain, and service industry-standard chemical injection equipment at pre-designated locations.

• Provide and install equipment.

• Perform monthly visits to each location to ensure equipment is operating properly.

• Refill/replace chemical containers as needed.

• Chemicals used will be non-hazardous enzyme treatment only.

• Remove and dispose of empty containers off Moody AFB.

• Respond to equipment malfunctions or improper installation within twenty-four (24) hours.

• Work must be done in accordance with the Georgia Plumbing Code and acceptable industry standards.

• All chemicals must be inspected/approved by the 23d Civil Engineer Squadron's Utility Plumbing Shop and the 23d Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS), HAZMART Office before initial work or if chemicals change.

• All OSHA safety standards must be followed.

• Work is to be performed on Moody AFB, GA.

• Work hours are 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.

• Contractor must obtain a base entry pass prior to entry onto the base.

• Contractor must comply with all OSHA safety standards.
