Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To maintain and service drains, install degreaser equipment, and provide chemicals to prevent grease build-up in facility drainage systems at Moody Air Force Base, GA.

• Install, maintain, and service industry-standard chemical injection equipment at pre-designated locations.

• Use non-hazardous enzyme treatment chemicals only.

• Perform monthly visits to each location to ensure equipment is operating properly.

• Refill or replace chemical containers as needed.

• Remove and dispose of empty containers off Moody AFB.

• Respond to Moody AFB within twenty-four (24) hours if equipment is not operational or installed improperly.

• Work must be done in accordance with the Georgia Plumbing Code and acceptable industry standards.

• All chemicals must be inspected/approved by the 23d Civil Engineer Squadron's Utility Plumbing Shop and the 23d Logistics Readiness Squadron HAZMART Office before initial work or if chemicals change.

• All OSHA safety standards must be followed.

• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding Federal Holidays.

• All work shall be accomplished on Moody AFB, GA.

• Contractor must obtain a base entry pass prior to entry onto the base.

• Base pass forms must be completed and signed by company personnel manager and Contracting Officer or Representative.
